What We Collect

On-device identity checks: Passport, biometric, and other identity data are processed entirely on your device and never sent to Votari servers.

Functional service data: APIs handle election functionality but only see cryptographic commitments, anonymized proofs, or transaction metadata.

Basic contact details: If you join our waitlist, request info, or contact support, we may store your name, email, or message.

Public blockchain data: Election metadata and vote proofs are published on Bitcoin SV — public and immutable, but not personally identifying.

How We Use Information

To respond to enquiries or support requests.
To provide product updates if you’ve opted in.
To improve functionality, performance, and security.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Votari does not monitor or track which elections you create or join.

What We Don’t Do

We do not store raw passport, biometric, or identity data.
